A booking is binding upon the tour participants and City Bike Adventures as soon as the participants have paid for the booking. Our tour guide services are invoiced without VAT in accordance with a special scheme for tour guide services in Denmark.
Cancellation
Cancellations requested at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure are refunded in full. Cancellations requested between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure are refunded 50 percent. Cancellations requested within 2 days of the scheduled departure are not refunded. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@citybikeadventures.com
City Bike Adventures reserves the right to cancel any tour at any given time. In the event of a cancellation of a tour, customers will be given the option of a refund of the full amount paid or a similar tour another point in time.
Tour Content
The tour descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. Every tour is personal and unique depending on the tour guide, the traffic and weather conditions on the day. City Bike Adventures does not in any way guarantee that specific sights will be visited.
Practical Information
Participants are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the practical matters in relation to our tours published here.
Liability
Participation in our tours takes place entirely at the participants' own risk. Participants are liable to any damage to persons and material caused by themselves.
Personal Data
The tour participants consent to the processing of their personal data by City Bike Adventures for administrative purposes.
Complaints
Any complaints regarding the services provided by City Bike Adventures must be communicated in writing to contact@citybikeadventures.com no more than 7 days after the departure date of the tour. If you have participated in a tour that did not live up to your expectations, you are able to get a refund for the full amount you paid for any given tour. All requests for a refund must be communicated in writing to contact@citybikeadventures.com no more than two days after any given tour.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, if the tour participants and City Bike Adventures fail to reach agreement during negotiation, any dispute shall be settled according to Danish law.
